Refund Policy

Doodraw is free to download and use. This policy covers the optional paid offers ("Doodraw Pro"): monthly and yearly subscriptions and the lifetime purchase. Where you bought Pro decides who handles your refund.

1. Pro bought in the iPhone, iPad or Android app

These purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies. We cannot issue refunds for them ourselves. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple) or from your order history in Google Play.

2. Pro bought on doodraw.com for the desktop app

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our desktop orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

14-day refund. You can get a full refund of any charge (a first purchase, a subscription renewal or the lifetime purchase) within 14 days of that charge, for any reason.

Free trial. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged at all.

How to ask. Use the link in the receipt email Paddle sent you, or go to paddle.net and look up your order with the email address you used at checkout. You can also write to support@doodraw.com with that email address and we will pass the request on to Paddle.

Once a refund is issued, Doodraw Pro is removed from the app it was bought for.

3. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a desktop subscription at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt email or on paddle.net. Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid, and you are not charged again. Mobile subscriptions are cancelled from your App Store or Google Play account settings.

4. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence, including the right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
